About The Melt
The Melt is where bold flavor meets melty indulgence. We’re redefining comfort food, smashing, chopping, and smothering 100% Wagyu-Angus beef in aged cheddar to create the World’s Meltiest Burger. Every bite is crave-worthy, handcrafted, and completely free from artificial ingredients or additives. It’s comfort without compromise. We take pride in everything we do. From juicy burgers to golden grilled melts, crispy buttermilk-brined chicken, creamy mac & cheese and thick hand-spun shakes – our food is obsessively crafted with premium ingredients and signature touches.

This group covers the non-Asian restaurants, cafes, bars and food businesses that also appear in a mixed-cuisine food scene, including American diners, pizza, Mexican food, burgers, steakhouses and bakeries. Standard US restaurant norms apply: lunch and dinner service with a quieter stretch between, cards and tap-to-pay accepted almost everywhere, and a tip of 15-20% customary for table service. Fast food and quick-service counters expect payment up front and tipping is optional. Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 nationwide. Many restaurants in this group take reservations online through third-party platforms, while casual and fast-food spots are walk-in only. Sales tax is added at the register on top of the menu price and varies by city and state, so the final total is usually a few percent higher than the posted prices suggest.

Elihu absolutely went above and beyond! The service was stellar from the second we walked in. He was genuinely welcoming, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through the entire menu, gave us his honest opinions, and made so many little moments of our visit feel extra special. I’m pretty particular about customer service and, more importantly, how people are treated from a genuine perspective, and Elihu absolutely nailed both. The space itself is great too, with plenty of indoor seating and a really accommodating outdoor area. Food-wise, the bun was AMAZING. Soft, fresh, and somehow perfectly crisp in all the right places. The sauce was so good, the cookies came out warm and soft, and the steak fajita mac & cheese portion was way bigger than expected. The Spicy Mission Burger is officially my go-to, but The Meltdown is also so good. We’ll absolutely be back and happily earning some points along the way. Elihu made the whole experience memorable and is exactly the kind of person who makes you want to return!! 10/10 service! 🙌🍔
